wine-list coaster
directions
-
In a graphics program or Microsoft Word,
set up a standard page (8.5 x 11) to fit 4 coasters, measuring
4 x 4" each. Design each coaster to your preference, including
your wine menu for the night.
-
Print out your coasters on white cardstock.
If desired, laminate the card stock with laminating paper (optional:
it will help preserve the coasters from wine drips!) and cut
to size. We rounded the corners with scissors.
-
Break down a corrugated cardboard box. With
a ruler and x-acto knife (or box cutter) trim 4 x 4” pieces
from the box and round each corner with your scissors.
-
With double sided tape, adhere the cardstock
layer to the corrugated cardboard layer.

wine glass name tags
directions
-
In a graphics program, set up 6 circles measuring
3” in diameter (or match the diameter of your wine glass
base), on a standard 8.5 x 11" page. Design each tag to
your preference. We created the tags to be a solid brown circle
with a white name and added circle shapes for a creative touch.
-
Print out your tags on white cardstock.
-
Create a scalloped edge to the circle by
cutting around the inside of the circle’s edge with scissors,
rounding every half inch.
-
With an x-acto knife and ruler, cut a line
from the center of the circle to the edge. Make sure to cut
on the side oppositee your guest's name.
-
At the center edge of the cut, make 5 half
inch slices (forming a star shape) with your x-acto knife creating
a hole for the stem of the wine glass to go into.
-
Slide on a wine glass stem and your guest’s
glass will always be at hand!
