directions

  • Print this tiara template and cut out with scissors.
  • Place your tiara template onto the bright pink card stock and trace with a pencil. Cut out with scissors.
  • Roll mono-adhesive over the edges of the tiara. For a creative touch, roll a heart shape at the top center of the tiara.
  • Sprinkle glitter over the adhesive and shake off any excess.
  • Using a graphics program or Microsoft Word, type the names of your little guests. You can have multiple names on one sheet, as the dimensions of this nametag are 2.5 x 1.5." A charming script and fun clip art add a creative touch.
  • Print your nametags onto white text paper and trim with your ruler and x-acto knife.
  • Measure 2.75 x 1.75” pieces of rubelite text paper (you will need one per nametag) and trim with your ruler and x-acto knife.
  • Attach a name tag centered on the rubelite paper with mono-adhesive.
  • Measure 3.25 x 2.25” pieces of blossom text paper (you will need one per nametag) and cut along your pencil lines with scallop scissors.
  • Attach your name tag, centering the rubelite over the scallop card with mono-adhesive.
  • Center the name tag on the bright pink tiara and attach with mono-adhesive.
  • Take your remaining pink card stock and measure a 17 x 2” strip. Trim with the x-acto knife. Cut in half so you have two 8.5 x 2” strips.
  • Adhere one strip behind the left side of the tiara with mono-adhesive. Repeat with the other strip on the right side.
  • Wrap the two strips to meet in the back and secure with a clipiola. The strips can then be adjusted on party day to fit each guest’s head so everyone will be the perfect princess!

directions

  • Using a graphic program or Microsoft word, create the 2.25 x 2.25” tag for the front window of the photo album. A picture of your little princess would be cute too!
  • Adhere tag to the inside of the front of the photo album with tape.
  • Place photo corners on each page, so it is quick and easy to add snapshots and write a message to the princess! Follow the steps below to do this with ease…
  • Set up a “photo station” with a Polaroid camera, colorful pens in a tin, and instructions. You can even set up a fun backdrop!

To place photo corners in album:

  • Measure 3.5 x 4.25” on the white card stock and trim using a ruler and x-acto knife. This will serve as a template of a Polaroid picture.
  • Place a photo corner on each corner of the template (make sure they are all facing the same direction.)
  • Moisten the corners with a wet sponge brush.
  • Place the template down on the page in the location you would like your photo to be and press down firmly to assure photo corners adhere to the page.
  • Remove template from the photo corners and repeat the process on each page.

princess tea party invitation

This invitation features a unique insert card with a save-the-date calendar and all your important party details. This is a piece that each guest can attach to the family bulletin board or refrigerator for easy reference!

directions

"you're invited" tag:

  • Using a graphics program or Microsoft Word, type your text in a serif font (we used Adobe Garamond). For a creative touch, we used a script font for the "Princess Piper's" heading. We chose magenta and brown for our ink colors.
  • Set your "page" to be 2 x 4.” This will allow you to print 10-11 cards per 8.5 x 11" sheet. Design your text to be centered on each page. Print tags onto a sheet of white card stock and trim to size using a ruler and x-acto knife.

photo:

  • Size a photo of your special princess to 4 x 4” and print out. Trim with a ruler and x-acto knife.

combining the pieces:

  • Cut blossom card stock down to 5 x 7” pieces. Adhere centered on the middle panel of the pocket fold envelope with mono-adhesive.
  • Cut backing pieces from the rubelite text paper in two sizes: 2.25 x 4.25” and 4.25 x 4.25.”
  • Adhere the “you’re invited” tag centered on top of the 2.25 x 4.25” rubelite text paper with mono-adhesive.
  • Adhere your photo centered on top of the 4.25 x 4.25” rubelite text paper with mono-adhesive.
  • Place the tag and photo onto the blossom card stock. When you are happy with the positioning, adhere each with mono-adhesive.

insert card:

  • Using a graphics program or Microsoft Word, type your invitation text in a serif font (we used Adobe Garamond). For a creative touch, we used a script font for important headings. We used magenta and brown for our ink colors.
  • Set your "page" to be 7 x 5”. This will allow you to print two invitations per 8.5 x 11" sheet. Design your invite to have all the details at the left side and a calendar at the right side. If you have additional information (such as directions or "what to bring" ideas), this can easily be printed on the reverse side of the insert card.
  • Print out inserts on blossom card stock and trim to size using a ruler and x-acto knife.
  • Tuck insert cards into the pocket of each pocket fold.
