Cut gift wrap into 12x5" strips (approximately 8 invites per sheet). Wrap strip around bottom of portable pocket and adhere ends to the back with adhesive.

invitation design

In a graphics program, create a 2.75" circle and color it lime green. Type out the letters "pj" (we used the font garamond, but any serif font will work). Paint them 20% white and then center them on top of the circle. Type out the word "party," color it a solid white and place it on top of the letter "j" in the word "pj." Type out three small periods, color them hot pink and place them under the word party. Center the logo onto a 5x7 rectangle to create the front of the invite.

For the back of the invite, type out your party information. We justified our type to create a block-like shape. Color the type hot pink to coordinate with the portable pocket and gift wrap colors. Add three green dots above and below the main paragraph as a fun accent.

Print out as many invites as needed making sure the front and back of your invite are back to back (2 per 8.5x11 sheet). Cut to size and slide into the portable pocket.

Print out on classic white cardstock (2 per 8.5x11 sheet). Trim to size leaving a 1/8" white border around the card for a finishing touch.
